The room had very comfortable beds, a sofa bed, central heating, and an iron, with a view of the castle.

The staff was very very helpful and useful, some of them especially. The double room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was new-fashioned with nice view;)))

The staff were useful and always had a smile. The location was magnificent and absolutely perfect for Naples, very close to ferry to Capris, and restaurants. There was dessert restaurant Pasticceria Poppella, that I found within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel...

I loved the location of this hotel, as it was within walking distance of many great restaurants and popular tourist spots. the hotel's proximity to the ferry to Capri made it easy to plan day trips. The cleanliness of the room was excellent, and it was evident that housekeeping worked hard to keep everything nothing messy. The staff was consistently helpful and friendly, always willing to answer any questions and provide suggestions.

It was conveniently placed for us to explore the city's main attractions and also close to the ferry to another charming destination. We were spoilt for choice with its selection of local restaurants. Our room was kept very clean with daily towel changes. the service from the staff was friendly too.

It would have been even better had the breakfast been continental as indicated with a wider selection of food choices.
